The olives of our domain
On the hillsides in the garrigue, we replanted olive groves in the centre of the vineyards.
The picholine, aglando, grossanne and négrette varieties make up our olive groves, for aromatic oils rich in taste.
These trees, like all our crops, are farmed organically.
